Preparation
Prepare the brownie
1. Melt the butter and chocolate using the double boiler method.
2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
3. Stir in the sugar.
4. Add the eggs one at a time and beat (do not overbeat).
5. Sift in the flour, cocoa, salt, and vanilla.
6. Mix with a spatula and pour into a square baking pan.
7. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 20–25 minutes.
• The edges should be cooked, but the inside should remain slightly moist.
8. Let cool and cut into small cubes.

Assemble the cups
Fill each cup in this order:
1. Brownie pieces
2. A scoop of vanilla ice cream
3. Chocolate sauce
4. Another layer of brownie + ice cream
5. Whipped cream on top
6. Final touch: walnuts, hazelnuts, chocolate chips
7. Drizzle a little more chocolate sauce on top
